1. When will ezShop service be ceased?

Customers can still use our ezShop service till 13th December 12:00 PM, after which no new ezShop orders will be accepted.

2. What will happen to my on-going ezShop orders?

All on-going ezShop orders will still be processed as normal. However, we advise customers to make payment earlier for pending orders before 13th December to avoid a delay.

3. Can I still shop from Taobao or other external platform using ezbuy service?

Yes, you are still able to do so. Ezbuy offers ezShip service which allows customers to purchase from various merchants and enjoy lower shipping rates. Click here to view more on our ezShip service.

4. Why did we ceased ezShop service?

Over the years, we've received multiple feedbacks on problem orders originated from poor reputation sellers with poor product quality and packaging, as well as sellers whom took a longer duration to dispatch the parcel. As our ezShop only offer a service to allow customers to purchase products from overseas platforms, we are also unable to ensure product quality and satisfaction for our customers. Inevitably, these have affected our customers' experiences with us.

Furthermore, we observed that majority of the ezShop customers have been converted to our ezShip users instead.

Conclusively, we came down to make this difficult decision to cease our ezShop service for good, opening up other opportunities and focus what matter the most for our customers - Make Happy Customers.

ezShop shopping cart will be removed on 13 December, 2021. You may check out your items before 13 Decemeber 2021, else all items will be removed in your ezShop shopping cart.
