Generic T&Cs
1. To be eligible for the S$10 promotion, a Citi Credit Cardmember has to charge a minimum spend of S$100 to his/her Citi Credit Card and input promo code "CITINOV22" at place order page upon payment.

2. Promotion period is from 7 - 11 Nov 2022 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated

3. Limited redemptions from 7 - 11 Nov 2022

4. Promotion is valid for EZbuy & Prime orders only

5. Promotion is not valid for "Flash Deal" and "Million $ Markdown" items
6. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions or vouchers

7. Any discounts for all cancelled orders are non-withdrawable

8. ezbuy reserves the right to cancel or retrieve the voucher, promotion offer and order(s) if the terms above is violated

Other T&Cs

1. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants

2. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be directed to the supplier of such products and/or services

3. Citi Credit Cardmember may contact service@ezbuy.com in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion

4. Citibank and Ezbuy reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time

5. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "Ezbuy" refers to ezbuy Holdings Limited
